The Pre-Party Party
After arriving at Pisa Airport we’ll whisk you away (if you’ve confirmed you need transport) on our coaches scheduled at 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm depending on flight times, for a scenic 30-minute ride to the venue!
Meet us by the pool for drinks when you arrive! Check in is from 2pm, your first feed will be at 6pm when we will be having a delicious pizza party to set the mood for the weekend!

Saturday 4th July 2026
The Big Day (& Shays Mums birthday)
Brunch will be served from 10.30am, because who doesn’t love breakfast & Prosecco?
You will then have time to chill by the pool, until around 3pm when it’s time to glam up for the main event!
We’ll exchange our vows at 6pm, followed by a lively aperitivo on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful views.
Next, enjoy a fabulous dinner in the courtyard, where laughter and tears are not compulsory but likely.
Its an Italian tradition to open the floor for speeches, if you feel like you’ll have something to say, please fill in the form below.
And don’t forget get your dancing shoes (no stilettos for the girls) ready for an epic night of celebration!

The After Party
Join us for a recovery brunch at 10.30am to ease into the day.
Then, it’s time for some fun by the pool, laughter, and maybe a splash or two!
We’ll wrap up the weekend with a BBQ from 3 PM until the stars come out, because what’s a party without some good food?

Goodbyes (& Frankys birthday)
Start the day with Franky’s birthday breakfast, yes, we’ll be celebrating again!
Coaches will depart at 7.30am, 9.30am and 11 AM depending on flight times, following check-out.
Let’s make the most of our final moments together!
What to wear on the big day!

Following an Italian tradition we are opening the floor to speeches (but in an organized need to know ahead of time to plan, way)
Your Presence is Present enough…
But if you do want to contribute something small to our Honeymoon, it will be spent traveling around Peru!

Accommodation
The venue we have chosen is a gem in the Italian countryside and is very rural; with this in mind, everyone will be staying on site, so get ready for a weekend getaway! Sadly kids aren’t invited so please get your babysitters ready!
It is an old castello so please expect un-even grounds and interesting room shapes.
We have chosen the rooms based on; age, disabilities, if you are in a couple and varying other factors.
Outfits
Day 1 - Think summer chic & cocktails in a Tuscan garden
Day 2 - You will have time to relax by the pool throughout the day so bring your swimwear, then its off to get ready for our dusk wedding, see outfit examples above (avoid stilettos at all costs)
Day 3 - Think pool party turn BBQ vibes
Day 4 - Comfy and ready to fly
Food & Drink
Food and drinks will be included throughout the weekend, hopefully enough to keep us from being thirsty and hungry, but there is a bar and restaurant on site if you need a little extra.
